Return& Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be in resalable condition

HK2 Creation reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

A ₹200 fee will be deducted towards reverse logistics and handling charges.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• The ₹200 shipping/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Size issues
• Product change (subject to availability)

A ₹200 charge applies for exchange
to cover reverse pickup and re‑delivery.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Items marked as non‑returnable
• Used, damaged, or altered products (by customer)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

• No ₹200 deduction will apply.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure the product is securely packed for return pickup.
HK2 Creation will not be responsible for damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging.

8. Genuine Returns Only

At HK2 Creation, we encourage only genuine return, refund, and exchange requests.If any product returned to us is found to be:

• Used, worn, or washed
• Damaged or altered
• Not original but substituted/exchanged
• In non‑salable condition

HK2 Creation reserves the right to disqualify and reject such return or exchange requests.

Such inventory will be scrapped/disposed of without any responsibility or liability to resend it back to the customer. Customers are therefore requested to ensure that returns are genuine and comply with our policy.
